Flandre Scarlet - Touhou

What's this? No kemonomimi art this time?
I haven't drawn a non-kemonomimi character in a very long time. The animal ears kinda helps me to measure the head of the character while drawing, so that's why this was very challenging to draw... And not to forget the hat, it almost made me ragequit few times.
I'm having small art block, so doing fan art helps me to draw something at least. Maybe I will do fanart next time too, but it has to be an kemonomimi character!
